Delivery charges
UK DELIVERY COSTS:
- £2.50 (FREE for orders £100.00 and over)- Order Monday to Friday and Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-4 working days. Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Please note that in the unlikely event that there are delays, you will be notified by SMS or email.
- £3.50 - Order Monday to Friday and Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-2 working days. Tracked 24. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Please note that in the unlikely event that there are delays, you will be notified by SMS or email.
- £4.99 - Order Monday to Friday before 12 Noon. Royal Mail aim to deliver on the next working day.
Orders over £100 will have FREE shipping via Tracked 48 (2-4 working days)
At the moment we only ship from the UK only.
Nala Kendrick is not responsible for any postal delays, therefore no refunds for postage will be made, unless the product is faulty.
If you change your mind after making your purchase but the product is not faulty then you will pay for the returns postage. Please see more in our Returns page.
